This custom extrusion company needed to add capabilities for co-extrusion. Mobility, and adjustability at a reasonable price was important. Because the existing extruders were at a non-standard center height, the co-extruded neede to be able to accommodate this.

Rather than go with the expense of a pedestal mount co-extruder, Davis-Standard provided a more standard, more rigid unit and the unit was retrofitted with a simple spacer to bring it up to the non-standard center line height of the existing extruders.
