This custom extruder required equipment that would provide reliable service, and be flexible enough to be able to handle the variety of applications that come up in the custom extrusion arena.

Settling on Davis Standard 2 1/2" and 3 1/2 " extruders provide a wide range of capabilities. Having a variety of screws available for different applications is also important.

The downstream tanks have the capability for both spray and flood for different requirements.
